| Recently, I and a friend of mine were checking on gifting ideas. She got recently engaged and was about to celebrate their one month engagement anniversary with her boyfriend. We thought about a lot of things and finally decided on to do something on our own. That is when she came up with the idea of giving wine baskets. I learned that gifting someone we love with something that we make on our own will be more successful than buying some cards or gifts from shops and giving. These wine basket gifts can be personalized with some chocolates, different types of wines and with love notes. I would myself love to get wine basket as a gift for occasion or buy for my loved ones as this could be given for both men and women of all ages (Of course, above official drinking age). |
| There was a party in my new house last week. So i called all my friends for the party. I and my wife Sofia did all the arrangements taking in mind what my friends love the most, that is Spanish Wine. So i went to the mall and got the wine and other party snacks as well. We had arranged everything and were ready for the party. But the wines just kept on the table was not looking fine. So i thought to keep in some basket to make it look good. For this i went to the wine shop, they gave me baskets especially to keep wine named wine gift baskets. The wine baskets were really a bless to the wine bottles as it made it so good to see. So this was my experience with the wine gift baskets. |

I enjoy receiving my wine of the month club shipments. Every shipment is a bit of mystery with new bottles of wines from wineries I have never visited before. The opportunity to try new wines that have been hand selected makes me feel a like a VIP.
As each shipment arrives, I open the box to see what has arrived. I usually read the wine club newsletter right away and then again when I open the wines. Most of the time, I open the wines when I have guests over so I have someone to enjoy the wine with. It also gives me the opportunity to gather some other opinions on the wine.

Wine Gifts
Wine gifts make a great present for everything from an 80th birthday to a 21st birthday when a parent buys Bordeaux futures and puts away the wine for their kids. Aside from the regular choices like corkscrews and a wine of the month club one of the best wine gifts (in my opinion) is a tasting trip to a local winery. While local wineries don’t always feature the highest quality wine, they do offer a fun and exciting atmosphere which is usually all you can ask for, that is, if the wine isn’t that great!

Wine Club
There are literally a million wine club choices out there right now. From the five thousand bonded wineries in the United States, to literally the wine shop on every corner and the small handfull of internet retailers, it seems everyone has a wine cluboffering these days. Heck, even major media companies are starting wine clubs to stop themselves from going out of business, of course read the fine print and you’ll learn that their editorial and food/wine staff don’t have anything to do with the selections which brings up some question in my mind of false advertising!
